Insurance Broker - £27,000 - £40,000 per annum (Pro Rata) Plus flexible benefits package, depending on hours and experience – Maidenhead, Berkshire (Hybrid).  Minimum 18 hours per week

The Role

Do you have a minimum of 2 years' experience in General Insurance? Can you deliver outstanding customer service without the pressure of sales targets? If so, this could be the perfect opportunity for you!

We are a long-established, independent insurance broker. We pride ourselves on building strong relationships with our clients and offer a supportive and friendly work environment.

This varied and rewarding role offers the chance to make a real difference. You'll look after a range of existing personal clients, including those with mid/high net worth home insurance policies. You'll also provide support with claims, policy administration and more.

Here, exceptional customer service is our priority. There are no sales targets, just a focus on building strong client relationships and ensuring complete satisfaction.

This is a Part-time role, with a minimum of 18 hours & 3 days a week required but other flexibility including occasional working from home possible.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain private car and home insurance policies.
• Provide support in claims handling and policy administration.
• Assist with Fleet and Property Owners policies.
• Utilise Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook effectively.
• Experience with Open GI system is an advantage but not mandatory.
