As a Construction Team Leader at Montell Construction, the successful candidate will play a pivotal role in overseeing project installations, managing onsite crew members, and ensuring that projects are completed to the highest standards of workmanship.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee project installations with meticulous attention to detail.
• Manage and lead onsite crew members, fostering a collaborative and supportive team environment.
• Collaborate effectively with project managers, estimators, and clients to ensure projects are completed within the scope of the project contract.
• Maintain high standards of workmanship, adhering to original plans and specifications.
• Ensure proper use and maintenance of equipment and tools, guaranteeing they are in optimal working condition.

The Person

• Previous experience in construction.
• Proven leadership and team management skills.
• Knowledge of Windows, Siding, and Decking materials/methods (specialization in one or more trades is acceptable).
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication skills.
