The Role

Are you an experienced therapist with experience in treating the following: depression, anxiety, attachment, bipolar disorders, addiction, life changes, couples, grief and loss, personality disorders, and psychosis?

Clarity Mental Health is seeking full-time therapists, LCSW, LMFT, LPC, for a growing mental health practice that serves adults and older adolescents in Castle Rock and the surrounding communities. We are seeking someone who conducts themselves in a professional manner, timely, who provides excellent documentation, and who has compassion and caring for our clients/patients.

The key responsibilities of a Therapist include, but are not limited to:

  • Work with physicians, mid-levels and other members of medical care teams to evaluate patient conditions and develop comprehensive care plans.
  • Work effectively with managers, co-workers, members of the public and professional groups; to manage and coordinate activities and projects.
  • Entering information on electronic health system accurately for documentation purposes.

We offer a multidisciplinary approach with a responsive program to help people with a wide variety of mental health disorders. We utilize several treatment modalities and treatment options allowing the client to have choices in their care.

The Person

The key skills and qualities of a Therapist:                                   

  • Education and/or Experience: Completion of an accredited program with certification and licensure as a Licensed Professional Clinical Counsellor or higher level in the state of Colorado.  Able to be verified on DORA.
  • DBT, CBT, EMDR training would be helpful.
  • Ability to perform each position responsibility satisfactorily with or without reasonable accommodation. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential duties of the position.
  • Ability to understand that safety is a condition of employment. Unsafe acts or conditions will be reported to the supervisor or a member of the management team. Licensed Professional Clinical Counsellor
  • Must be computer literate with ability to enter information in an electronic health system accurately; Must be able to read, write and speak English.
  • Skill in providing professional counselling/talk therapy according to established standards of care; excellent customer service and support skills.
