The Role

In this role, you’ll be the primary contact for our customers, ensuring their orders are managed efficiently and delivered on time. This role requires a proactive approach to addressing customer needs, managing supply chain challenges, and coordinating with internal and external stakeholders to provide excellent service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Customer Liaison: Be the link between our Sales team, suppliers, and customers.

Order Management:

• Enter orders into SAPB1.
• Send sales orders and purchase orders.
• Create and maintain item master data.
• Issue and send credit and debit notes.

Operational Oversight:

• Manage the full order lifecycle, from sale to delivery.
• Monitor shipments and customer demand, addressing supply chain issues as they arise.
• Provide regular updates and schedules to customers.
• Troubleshoot and resolve customer queries, escalating where necessary.
• Relationship Building: Maintain strong relationships by delivering prompt, accurate, and reliable service.

The Person

We’re looking for someone who:

• Is bilingual in English and French (written and spoken).
• Communicates effectively in person, via phone, and by email.
• Thrives under pressure and can handle multiple priorities.
• Is a team player with excellent conflict resolution skills.
• Is organised, solutions-focused, and detail-oriented.
• Has strong computer skills (Excel, Outlook, Word), with experience in SAPB1 being an asset.
• Brings previous customer service experience, ideally outside of a call centre environment.
• (Bonus) Has experience in the food industry.
