The Role

Are you a digital marketing professional who is experienced in buying digital media? Accountable Digital, a digital marketing agency that offers a rewarding working environment, is looking for a Digital Media Specialist.

The successful candidate will be responsible for executing, monitoring, and optimizing media plans for multiple clients efficiently, effectively and within budget, as well as providing insights regarding campaign effectiveness.

The key responsibilities of a Digital Media Specialist include, but are not limited to:

  • Campaign management: Day-to-day management of digital media campaigns including paid search, social, display, video, email, and other initiatives, with minimal support from Supervisor.
  • Stewardship: Analyzes and communicates campaign performance against determined KPIs, using data to optimize campaigns and provide recommendations.
  • Research: Gathers, analyzes, and prepares keyword and competitive research. May conduct market analysis, trends, and market-specific opportunities derived from market data and research.
  • Reporting: Uses digital marketing tools to provide ROI analysis of digital media campaigns against defined KPIs.
  • Learning:  Updates job knowledge and skills by staying up to date on latest industry trends.

The Person

The key skills and qualities of a Digital Media Specialist:

  • University degree or college diploma in business, marketing, or related field, or equivalent work experience.
  • Minimum of 1-year hands-on experience in digital media campaign management.
    • Experience with multiple platforms a plus (Google Ads, Microsoft Advertising, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Advertising, Basis DSP, Google Campaign Manager, Bionic-Ads)
    • Knowledge of digital marketing and business processes.
    • Strong project management, business writing, and reporting skills.
    • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills; Extremely detail-oriented with strong organizational skills; Strong computer skills, including business intelligence and reporting software; Good time management skills; Ability to prioritize multiple projects, meet deadlines and work in a fast-paced environment.
