About the Role

As a Recruitment Resourcer / LinkedIn Expert, you’ll be a key player in our team, acting as a headhunter using LinkedIn Professional to deliver top profiles for our clients. Your business acumen, proven Linkedin skills, organisational skills, attention to detail, and persuasive communication will drive your success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Client Collaboration: Attending online client briefings to understand the role requirements and desired candidate profiles.
• Candidate Sourcing: Leverage LinkedIn Professional to identify and shortlist highly relevant candidates
• Engaging Outreach: Craft excellent, compelling inmails that spark interest and achieve high response rates.
• General Administration and other duties as assigned.

Essential Experience & Skills

• Proven experience in sourcing candidates using LinkedIn Professional tools.
• Good general business acumen and knowledge of diverse roles and industries.
• Demonstrated success in writing inmails with high response rates.
• Skilled in database and keyword searching to uncover top talent.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills are non-negotiable.
• Ability to juggle multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
