Recruitment Consultant – £25,000 - £35,000 + Uncapped Commission and Benefits– Cheltenham, Gloucestershire 

The Role 

With over a decade of experience in recruiting top-level executives in Saudi Arabia, we pride ourselves on our extensive network and strategic approach to build trust and win business. As a Recruitment Consultant, you will have the opportunity to work within one of the most thriving markets and network with some of the most senior professionals into the Saudi Arabia, all whilst working from our fun, high performance, rural office setting in Cheltenham.

Key Responsibilities: 

• Building trust through a strategic sales strategy with Senior Executives  
• Networking the market, identifying leads and helping to convert  
• Presenting, Negotiating, and closing terms of business with new clients 
• Assisting with sourcing candidates for the positions we recruit for. 
• Conducting qualification calls with potential candidates. 
• Attending senior client meetings and presenting the business in line with company guidelines. 
• Managing the entire candidate journey, from initial contact through to placement. 
• Conducting research and market mapping analysis. 
• Building and maintaining relationships with both candidates and clients.

The Person 

• 3+ years of career experience within permanent recruitment  
• Ideally worked within Exec search but not essential  
• Strong billing track record of both sales & candidate work  
• Methodical approach to work. 
• High attention to detail, tenacious, ability to multitask, and strong planning, time management & organisational skills.
