Pyments, an established successful construction consultancy is seeking a Consultant (Quantity Surveying) to join our expanding Dispute Resolution and Claims Management team.

We provide support and advice across a range of specialist services, including in various forms of contract, quantum, program delay analysis, and project management. Successful candidates will be experienced in one or more of these areas.

Candidates from a wide range of sectors, backgrounds and experience will be considered, including e.g., quantity surveyor, senior QS, commercial manager, dispute resolution, claims management, claims consultant, delay analysts, construction programme planning, or similar role.

The key skills and qualities of a Consultant (Quantity Surveying) are:

• Commercial / related experience gained within the construction or engineering sector.
• A keen interest in developing your experience in the specialist field of dispute resolution and construction claims.
• Flexible, creative, problem-solving skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work as a member of the team.
• Preferably possess a degree related to quantity surveying, law, construction or civil engineering (related experience will always be considered).
• Preferably chartered by relevant professional body (related experience will always be considered).
