Job Description

Commercial roofing company looking for Superintendent to help lead its operations in new construction and re-roofing.  All types of roofing.  Great pay and benefits. 

• Will lead multiple crews in commercial roofing installation and wall systems
• Will lead multiple crews in safety effort
• Will monitor, perform, and ensure quality control and production
• Will coordinate with crews, foremen, project managers, and general contractors
• Will report to general superintendent and president
• Will be responsible for overall success of multiple roofing projects
• Will work with our team to lead roofing department
• Will troubleshoot problems and issues on projects
• Will schedule manpower to accomplish workload
• Will also perform these duties with our subcontractors

Job Requirements

• The Roofing Superintendent is a key employee in the organization who must have 6+ years experience in commercial roofing systems (single ply, metal, hot, and siding).  Ideally, the Superintendent will have experience as both a field foreman and a superintendent.
• You should be a hard worker and dedicated
• You should be able to lead multiple crews
• You should be able to mentor foremen
• You should be able to take a project from plans to completion on time and on budget
• You should have people skills that allow you to work successfully with crews, peers, supervisors, and clients
• You should be detail oriented with trade skills that consistently produce a complete quality product
