Customer Service Representative – £24,000 – Remote but occasional visit to office in Ripley, Surrey

The Role

Are you an experienced customer support professional? Do you have experience of working for an awarding organisation and using an awarding organisation system? If so, a highly reputable IT and consultancy business are looking for a Customer Service Representative to help support a growing client base.

The successful candidate will provide support to our community of Quartz clients, often remotely but occasionally needing to visit the office in Ripley, Surrey.

The key responsibilities of a Customer Service Representative include, but are not limited to:

  • Liaising with customers and providing 1st Line Support.
  • Escalating tickets to our development team where necessary.
  • Supporting the operations department, in particular our sales team.

The Person

The key skills and qualities of a Customer Service Representative:

  • Essential: At least 2 years of experience as a user of related awarding organisation systems.
  • Essential: Familiarity with a full range of support systems and processes.
  • Educated to A-level standard or equivalent.
  • Excellent analytical skills, strong interpersonal skills and a real aptitude for problem solving.
