The Role

We are looking for a Customer Service Representative to join our team at Film & Foil Solutions Ltd. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and wants to be part of a supportive team.

In this role, as a Customer Service Representative, you will support our sales team and ensure our customers receive outstanding service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handling customer enquiries via phone and email.
• Making outbound calls, including reaching out to potential customers.
• Processing orders and maintaining accurate records.
• Working closely with internal teams, including logistics, QA, and finance.
• Providing product information and advice to customers.
• Responding to customer queries promptly and professionally.
• Building strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
• Ensuring accurate order processing and record-keeping.
• Proactively identifying opportunities to support customers with their needs.

The Person

We are looking for someone who:

• Has strong PC skills, including Microsoft Office.
• Communicates clearly and confidently over the phone.
• Is comfortable making outbound calls.
• Has previous experience in customer service or telesales (preferred but not essential).
• Is eager to learn and has a positive, proactive approach.

Knowledge of the flexible packaging industry is a bonus, but full training will be provided.
