The Role

We are looking for a dynamic Sales Representative to join our expanding team. This role involves meeting with homeowners, discussing material options, contract details, and payments. You will spend a significant amount of time in the field, primarily after 5 PM and on weekends.

Full time and part time applicants considered, candidates need to be within an 80-mile radius of Monroe, GA.

Key Responsibilities:

• Meet with homeowners to review material options, contract details, and payments.
• Utilize social media to market your success and promote online reviews.
• Develop business relationships to establish a referral network.
• Inspect roofs or properties to determine damage, scope of repairs, or rehab options.
• Work with insurance companies, property managers, homeowners, and other stakeholders.
• Collect initial contract deposits and request progress or final payments as required.
• Expand your knowledge of building materials, unit measurements, and project timeframes.

The Person

• Customer-facing sales experience is helpful; home improvement sales experience is beneficial but not required.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
• Excellent communication skills and understanding of basic math concepts.
• Reliable and safe transportation.
• Basic tools needed: roof boots, extension ladder, tape measure, cell phone.
• Willing to invest in personal tools: laptop, tablet, high-quality camera, construction software.
• Ability to work weekends, especially Saturdays.
