Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, train, and support the design team
• Provide technical guidance to the sales team
• Oversee quality control to ensure efficient and effective designs
• Monitor project budgets and design progress
• Work with project managers and field teams to resolve scheduling and material issues
• Review design specifications to ensure compliance with contract scope

The Person

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• NICET III or IV certification
• NICET Water-Based Systems Layout - Level III or IV
• At least five years’ experience leading a fire sprinkler design team
• Minimum of three years’ experience in AutoSprink
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal

Experience working on projects such as:

• Pumps
• High-rise buildings
• Multi-family housing
• Storage facilities
• Data centers

Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screening
