About The Role:

Cornerstone Flooring, a dynamic leader in commercial and multi-family flooring solutions, seeks a highly motivated Project Manager to join our expanding team.

As a Project Manager at Cornerstone Flooring, you will be instrumental in the successful execution of our flooring projects from start to finish. Your expertise in project management, coupled with your strong organizational abilities, will be essential in ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

What You'll Do:

• Pre-installation: Collaborate closely with installation teams, GCs, and internal stakeholders to establish project timelines, expectations, and a clear path forward.
• Installation: Maintain meticulous project oversight, including quality control inspections, material management, and progress tracking.
• Closeout: Efficiently wrap up projects by finalizing punch lists, managing attic stock, and ensuring client satisfaction.
• Additional: Demonstrate versatility by handling tasks such as moisture testing, material coordination, and claim management.

What You'll Bring:

• Minimum 3 years' experience in project management.
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies (e.g., Prince2).
• Excellent organisational and time management skills.
• The ability to prioritise effectively and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Bi-lingual English/Spanish is a plus.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and project management software (e.g., Procore).
• A valid driver's license and the ability to travel moderately.
