Key Responsibilities:

  • Review and analyze medical records and case details.
  • Draft, file, and argue motions and pleadings.
  • Take and defend EBTs (Examinations Before Trial) of defendant doctors.
  • Assist with trial preparation and participate as second chair in trials.

The Person

  • A law degree and bar admission in good standing.
  • 4-9 years of experience in personal injury and medical malpractice law.
  • Strong writing and organizational skills, especially follow-up on tasks, projects and cases.
  • Capable of independently managing case files.
  • Experience in EBTs of defendant doctors is highly desirable, though not mandatory.
