Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and confirm field start-up with internal and external resources.
- Prepare customer-facing project close-out packages.
- Field incoming requests from customers via telephone or email.
- Process customer and vendor sales/purchase orders, issue return authorisations, and document cases.
- Handle receipt of invoices and track the processing of accounts payables.
- Oversee warranty, after-market parts orders, and service coordination.
- Manage inventory (transfer BOM for finished goods, receipt of inventory, reservations, parts in multiple warehouse locations).
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers, vendors, and partners.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including sales, client operations, accounting, engineering, and technical support.
- Ensure project efficiency by using applicable costing tools.
- Identify continuous improvement opportunities to enhance the customer experience and programmes.
- Perform other miscellaneous duties as required by the position.

The Person
- Post-secondary education in business, supply chain, or logistics preferred.
- A minimum of 2-3 years’ experience in a relevant customer service technical field.
- Experience in the HVAC/R industry is an asset.
- Excellent communication skills across various platforms (email, phone, video conferencing).
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
- Detail-oriented with effective time management, prioritisation, and organisational skills.
- Analytical skills, common sense, and discretion in decision-making.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Adaptable to a fast-paced, agile environment.
- Dependable, responsive, and accountable.
- Customer-focused with a professional presence.
- Experience with ERP/MRP systems required (knowledge of Dynamics CRM or NAV is an asset).
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
