Retrofit Assessor Subcontractor –£150 per survey + £500 retention bonus every 4 months– UK

The Role

Are you an experienced Retrofit Assessor? Do you have the skills to conduct detailed home energy surveys? If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you.

We are an innovative tech company, looking to appoint Retrofit Assessor Subcontractors across the UK on a self-employed basis.

You will conduct home energy surveys on a pay-per-survey arrangement. This is an excellent opportunity for those who are looking for flexibility and the chance to be part of an innovative company.

The pay rates for this role are £150 + VAT (if applicable) per home energy survey (with associated travel and subsistence costs borne by you) with a retainer of £500 every 4 months, provided you undertake at least 15 surveys monthly (when available).

Regions: London, North East, North West, Yorkshire, East Midlands, West Midlands, South East, East of England and South West.

As well as Wales, Ireland and Scotland (UK wide).

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct home energy surveys to a high standard, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
• Compile clear and comprehensive reports outlining energy-saving recommendations for homeowners.
• Liaise effectively with homeowners to schedule appointments and answer any questions they may have.
• Maintain a high level of professionalism throughout the assessment process.
