Property Solicitor – £28,000 - £32,000 but possibly higher based on experience – Devon, EX39

The Role

We are seeking a Property Solicitor to join our vibrant legal team. This role involves handling a variety of property transactions and providing expert advice to our clients on residential and commercial property matters with the support of two experienced property solicitors.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle all aspects of residential and/or commercial property transactions, from initial client instruction to completion.
• Conduct thorough legal due diligence on properties.
• Draft and negotiate contracts, leases and other property-related documentation.
• Liaise effectively with clients, estate agents, lenders and other professionals involved in the transaction.
• Ensure adherence to all relevant legal regulations and best practices.
• Meet deadlines and work efficiently to keep transactions moving smoothly.

• A fee income based bonus could be considered for the right candidate.

The Person

• Qualified Solicitor ideally with a minimum of 2 years’ experience in property law.
• An understanding of relevant property law and regulations.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
• Proactive and efficient approach to work.
