The Role

At Workplace Interiors, we're embarking on our next growth phase and are in search of an adept Commercial Interior Designer to amplify our offerings and refine our legacy in the industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop precise, captivating designs supporting sales across our trio of internal brands.
  • Foster a collaborative environment, sharing design expertise and improving client service standards.
  • Engage clients with insightful presentations, addressing queries, and providing solution-oriented feedback.
  • Champion punctual, high-quality project delivery and manage design schedules effectively.
  • Collaborate internally to discern and procure innovative products, aligning with modern trends and technological progress.
  • Engage manufacturers for product insights, while managing a comprehensive product image repository.
  • Collaborate with marketing for accurate product display across all brand websites.

We are a family run group of businesses, established in 1993, specialising in commercial interiors. Since then, our team has continued to grow, develop, work hard and innovate together. Launched in August 2020, combining brands with over 40 years of experience in the industry, Workplace Interiors Co. is a parent brand that showcases sub-brands including Ceiling Tiles UK, Contract Interior Systems, Gravity Office Interiors.

The Person

  • Strong commercial interiors design experience.
  • 3-5 years of office fit out experience as a minimum
  • Skilled user of CAD, SketchUp, and other design tools.
  • Proven experience in client presentations and communications.
  • Autonomous, with a forward-thinking work ethic.
  • Exceptional relationship-building prowess.
  • Assertive and open to collaborative idea sharing.
