Successful Candidates will:

• Understand and develop materials and labor production rates for a large variety of construction activities
• Developed detailed design and construction schedules, at the planning and detailed-design level, supported by real construction experience
• Coordinate with civil, architectural, mechanical, electrical, and plumbing scopes to understand and solve potential constructability issues
• Compile the anticipated durations and logic components of projects given project information in an accurate and timely manner
• Communicate, solicit, and interact with the design team to understand project scope
• Visualize, plan, and schedule abstract planning projects at a rough order of magnitude level without 100% of detail and documentation

Position Requirements:  

• Minimum five years of Construction scheduling experience in varied market segments. Aviation experience preferred
• 2 years on-site Construction related experience required

• Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering or construction engineering/technology or related experience

• Project Management and/or Scheduling certification preferred

• Experience developing construction production rates for both civil and architectural related projects, including conceptual projects
• Must be proficient in Microsoft Office programs including, but not limited to Word and Excel
• Proficiency using scheduling software programs (Microsoft Project, P6 and OPC)
• Written and oral communication skills are a must
• Minimal travel may be required
