Key Responsibilities:

The key responsibilities of a Sales Engineer include, but are not limited to:

  • Business setup and development of the automotive product portfolio.
  • Implementation of market and customer needs in sellable products.
  • Market observation and analysis.
  • Market research and sales planning for new product families.
  • Definition of the contact probes product portfolio.
  • Initiation, support and management of development projects.
  • Management and support of international sales preparation and participation in sales events, customer visits, workshops and trade fairs.

The Person

The key skills and qualities of a Sales Engineer are:

  • Have experience and knowledge of the spring contact probes in different Market segments /or specialized in a segment.
  • Industrial engineer, engineer/technician in the field of electrical engineering/precision engineering/mechatronics and economic background knowledge.
  • Excellent English communication skills.
  • Experienced handling of the MS Office packages.
  • Independent working, ability to work in a team, reliability and assertiveness.
  • Entrepreneurial and international thinking and acting.
  • Preferably experience in project management and in cooperation with international locations.
  • Willingness to travel.
