Administrator (Temporary) – £17k - £22k – Leeds

The Role

The leading independent security provider in Yorkshire are looking for an Administrator for a temporary three-month period, although the role may be extended.

The successful candidate will undertake vetting training to conduct the screening of new applicants.  

The key responsibilities of an Administrator include, but are not limited to:

  • Vetting & Screening
    • Requesting references
    • Speaking to previous employers and applicants
    • Carrying out credit checks
    • Putting applicant files together
    • Updating Rostering Software with applicant details
    • Archiving and Filing – office based
      • Archiving old accounts documentation and invoices from last year
      • Filing post (invoices, statements, remits, customer correspondence)
      • Creating new customer files
      • Review of all expired customer sites and files in filing cabinet to remove and archive any that have closed

  • Excellent attention to detail and be highly organised and efficient.
  • Excellent telephone manner.
  • Strong team player.
  • Proven track record in administration work.
  • Strong IT skills including Word and Excel
