The Role

Are you an ambitious B2B Marketer looking for an exciting new challenge? If so, a successful start-up has an opportunity for a CRM Manager.

Joining a team that blends technical intellect and razor-sharp commercial ability with creativity and personable relationship building, the short-term objective will be to finalise and execute our SAAS platform launch, driving users to sign up to premium accounts at a target customer acquisition cost.

The key responsibilities of a CRM Manager include, but are not limited to:

  • eCRM (Using Mailchimp and Hubspot to create compelling email campaigns that attract new customers and nurture existing clients).
  • Marketing Automation (Nurturing leads and automating our inbound marketing strategy); Content creation and distribution; Paid Search and Social Media.
  • Website management (Generating traffic to our site and running the web analytics) and Reporting and Analysis (putting in place a metric driven approach, ensuring the correct reports are in place to allow us to test, learn and improve).

The Person

The key skills and qualities of a CRM Manager:

  • 3 – 5 years’ experience in a B2B Marketing role.
  • Proficient in producing a wide range of high quality, creative content including; blogs, product videos and webinars etc.
  • Proven experience in lead generation, nurture and customer acquisition.
  • Hubspot CRM expert / superuser and all round strong digital knowledge is a must. 
  • Very strong numerically with good analytical skill.
  • Experience of working in a smaller business is highly desirable.
  • Not afraid to try new things – this is about testing and learning.
  • Detail orientated and a good executor.
