The Role

Superior Traffic Services, a portable traffic control device company, is seeking a Human Resources Generalist to manage the human resources aspects of an ever-growing company.

The successful candidate will play a key role in talent recruitment, and enhancing staff performance and satisfaction.

The key responsibilities of a Human Resources Generalist at Superior Traffic Services include, but are not limited to:

  • Administering various human resources plans and procedures for company employees; assisting in the development and implementation of employee policies and procedures.
  • Advising managers on people-related issues and needs; working with managers to address and resolve performance issues.
  • Responding to inquiries regarding policies, procedures, and programs.

The Person
