The Role

Are you an experienced Sales Administrator who excels in creating efficiencies and streamlining processes? If so, we have the perfect opportunity for you!

As a Sales Administrator at Marvel Heating & Renewable Energy Ltd, you will be an integral part of our dedicated team, supporting sales processes and administrative operations. Some technical knowledge of heating systems or solar would be an advantage, as you will be working closely with our sales and technical teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assisting with sales operations, including preparing quotes and contracts.
  • Providing administrative support to the sales team, ensuring efficient office operations.
  • Liaising with clients, suppliers, and internal departments.
  • Processing grant applications and managing all associated paperwork.

The Benefits

  • Salary £20,000 - £25,000 depending on experience.
  • Monday – Friday, 10:00-18:00.

The Person

  • Experience in the government grants sector, specifically ECO3, ECO4, and the LAD scheme.
  • A strong background in sales and administration.
  • Some technical knowledge of heating systems or solar is a plus.
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
