The Role

We are a flooring solutions company for the Commercial and Multi-Family construction industries, seeking a Commercial Sales Executive to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for generating and closing sales within your designated territory.

Key Responsibilities:

• Research and identify potential properties within your designated sales territory.
• Generate leads through various methods including walk-ins, existing connections, and proactive outreach.
• Gain in-depth knowledge of our products, installation methods, and prepare necessary sales materials.
• Engage with clients to assess their needs, present suitable products, and prepare accurate quotes.
• Collaborate closely with our Operations team to ensure smooth project execution and address any client concerns promptly.
• Train and mentor new members of the sales team and participate in networking and promotional events to boost brand visibility.

The Person

• Proven experience in sales, with a strong track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly.
• Self-motivated and able to operate independently.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Experience in the commercial sector is preferable, though not essential.
