The Role

As a Call Centre Sales Representative, you’ll be the friendly voice that guides our customers towards the perfect product. Your role involves handling inbound customer enquiries, building rapport, and converting opportunities into sales.

• Provide inbound support and sales via chat with customers.
• Maximise upsell opportunities.
• Close sales via telephone.
• Consistently deliver excellent customer service.

The Person

• 1+ years of sales experience preferred.
• Excellent communication and written skills.
• Computer skills including typing skills, navigating multiple tabs, windows and systems.
• A High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
