The Role

As a Store Manager at Vodafone Inverness, you will take ownership of the store’s performance, ensuring a seamless customer experience and motivating your team to exceed expectations. You will be responsible for the day-to-day operations, driving sales and creating a positive environment for both staff and customers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and motivate a team to meet and exceed sales targets
• Provide excellent customer service and ensure customer satisfaction
• Manage stock, merchandising, and promotional activities
• Solve issues promptly and efficiently to maintain smooth operations
• Coach and support team members to develop their skills
• Ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures.
