In this role, you will report directly to a Senior Project Manager or General Manager. Key responsibilities include managing project details and logistics while assisting with estimating as needed.

As a Construction Project Manager, you will:

  • Manage multiple construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time and on budget.
  • Schedule and coordinate production trades, vendors, suppliers, and subcontractors.
  • Procure materials and obtain necessary permits for job sites.
  • Prepare detailed work orders and monitor project schedules to ensure efficiency.
  • Utilize and embrace the use of technology to be more efficient and effective.
  • Conduct regular site visits, inspections, and client updates to maintain quality control.
  • Assist in estimating and budgeting for individual projects.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client needs and ensuring satisfaction.
  • Perform administrative tasks, including documentation, billing, and reporting.
  • Be a brand ambassador, representing Phoenix with professionalism and integrity.

The Person

We’re looking for someone with:

  • Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
  • Excellent oral and written communication abilities.
  • Attention to detail, time management, and organisational skills.
  • Ability to operate power tools and read measurements accurately.
  • A high school diploma or GED (required); a bachelor’s degree in Construction or Engineering (preferred).  Years of experience can count as a substitute for degree.
  • Experience in construction project management or related roles.
  • Physical capability to lift and carry materials weighing 50+ pounds.
