Note: We have permanent positions: £30,000 - £35,000 per annum with clear career progression and short-term positions: £18 - £25 per hour, with potential for a permanent role based on performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct primary research interviews over the phone, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
• Challenge and verify secondary research to expand knowledge, often on technical industrial products.
• Write comprehensive interview transcripts.
• Collaborate with the team in feedback sessions to refine research approaches.
• Find and reach out to new contacts as part of research efforts.
