Opportunity:

Award winning, 20+ year established group of doctors, in a completely renovated office as of 2020, is seeking to add one experienced doctor to their team.

Why are we recruiting?

Practice consistently adds over 150 new patients per month.

And one of the partners is looking to scale back hours.

But mainly – business is booming! Payer Mix:  PPO, Fee for Service, Select plans.  No HMO or Medicaid. 

• State of the Art office.  One location.
• Full breadth of treatments offered, if not by all doctors by at least one of them.
• Generally referred out:  Complex Endo.  Impacted Wisdom Teeth.  Ortho.  Keep as much as possible that falls within General Dentistry.

• Owning doctor is in fulltime practice alongside you and is a true "Super GP.”
• Offers Implant Placement (Placed over 1,000 and counting) including All on X procedures. Endo. Surgical Extractions. Clear Aligners. And even Traditional Ortho.
  Owner is enthusiastic about mentorship and supportive of CE. Averages 200+ hours of CE himself every year.
• 4 Day work week Monday-Thursday. 8am-5pm

Expect to earn between $250k and $300k based on historical data.

This is a permanent/fulltime opportunity and anyone interested in joining will need to live within an hour of the practice to be considered.

Candidate Parameters:

• New Grads encouraged to apply. Of course, decades of experience will be enthusiastically welcomed, too.
• Must have a completely unrestricted license in KS.
• Unable to support visas as this is a for-profit entity without academic ties.
• Not open to 1099 or paying anyone through an LLC or personal business entity.  This is a W-2 fulltime position.
