The Person

We’re looking for someone who:

• Has sales experience (preferred but not essential).
• Demonstrates a strong track record of meeting sales targets.
• Builds rapport easily and communicates effectively with clients.
• Holds a Property & Casualty licenses &/or Life and Health Licenses (or is willing to obtain one).
• Speaks fluent Spanish, essential for this role.
