Our Western Division is seeking a Site Supervisor to join our team in Warman, SK, to oversee an exciting upcoming retail/commercial project.

This is an on-site role requiring a hands-on approach and strong leadership skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Direct and coordinate daily site activities to keep projects on track
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations, building codes, and company standards
  • Organize and guide subcontractors, suppliers, and crews
  • Conduct daily site inspections and maintain safety documentation
  • Monitor progress, resolve issues, and report updates to the Project Manager
  • Keep detailed records including daily logs, safety reports, and progress photos

The Person

  • 5–10 years of supervisory experience in retail and commercial construction.
  • Strong knowledge of Saskatchewan building codes and OH&S regulations.
  • Proven leadership with the ability to motivate and manage diverse teams.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Comfortable using project management software (Procore experience is an asset).
  • Hands-on, organized, and detail-oriented with a commitment to safety and quality.
