Autism Practitioners (Support Workers) – Biggar

Pay Scale: Starting at £12.60 per hour, rising to £12.82 after probation. Opportunity to progress to £13.30 at your own pace

Full Time, Part Time positions available

Join our team in Biggar. Currently providing outreach and housing support to 4 autistic people. We encourage and empower people to access opportunities that matter to them including ice skating, bowling, long country walks, train rides, pampering sessions and sensory experiences.

One person has a strong interest in Dr Who & Star Trek, another person enjoys all thing Disney!

Each person has a personalised programme of support incorporating consistency and structure specific to their needs

Applicants should hold a full UK driving license and access to your own car is desirable for travelling to and from the service.

As part of your role, you will be required to undertake shift work, including weekends, evenings, so flexibility towards working hours is key.

There is so much potential within this role to plan and support people to have exciting and meaningful opportunities within their lives. We need a creative team who have a passion to support people to achieve their dreams and aspirations.
