Islamic Religious Education Coordinator – Competitive Rate - Ramstein Air Base DE-RP 09021

The Role

Do you have a deep knowledge of Islamic teaching? Can you lead and teach with clarity and respect?

This role supports Islamic education and administration for the Ramstein Muslim community. You’ll coordinate teaching, events, and communication under the guidance of the Chaplain and in compliance with approved doctrine.

This is a part-time, 1099 contract.

Please note: Candidates selected for an interview will be required to provide supporting documents, such as degree certificates, transcripts, and professional certifications.

Position contingent upon contract award.

Key Responsibilities:

• Teach Islamic doctrine and manage weekly RE classes
• Coordinate Ramadan and Eid events
• Submit budgets, plans, and reports
• Maintain records and volunteer oversight
• Lead prayer services if a Lay Leader or Chaplain is unavailable 

The Person

• Sunni Muslim male
• Minimum 1 year’s Islamic RE experience
• Able to read and teach Arabic and Quran
• Skilled in program coordination and volunteer management
