Key Responsibilities

Strategy & Market Development

  • Lead customer segmentation, pricing strategy, and go-to-market planning.
  • Identify new market opportunities and create strategies to drive revenue growth and customer acquisition.
  • Translate market insights into actionable business plans and product initiatives.

Product Lifecycle & Portfolio Ownership

  • Manage the full product lifecycle, from early-stage concept through commercialization and post￾launch support.
  • Own the product portfolio’s profitability, including pricing, cost management, and margin improvement.
  • Collaborate with manufacturing teams to support capacity planning, cost optimization, and quality initiatives.
  • Monitor product performance against business targets and adjust plans as needed.
  • Oversee product launch activities, ensuring cross-functional alignment and successful market introduction.

Customer Engagement & Sales Enablement

  • Partner directly with customers to understand needs and support product specification and solution development.
  • Develop and deliver product training and sales enablement tools for global sales teams and channel partners.
  • Support the creation of product collateral and marketing content in collaboration with internal teams.
  • Drive product promotion strategies, including advertising, trade shows, and partner programs.

Collaboration & Leadership

  • Work closely with engineering, operations, sales, marketing, and support teams to ensure product execution aligns with strategic goals.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for product-related issues, providing leadership across cross￾functional groups.
  • Manage and support business development resources and external sales partners as appropriate.
  • Maintain regular engagement with customers, suppliers, and partners, including travel as needed.

Qualifications

  • 4+ years of experience in product management, business development, or related roles within manufacturing, engineering, or industrial sectors.
  • Proven success managing global product portfolios, defining strategies, and launching new products.
  • Strong business acumen with the ability to drive strategy and execution.
  • Technical aptitude with experience working alongside engineering and manufacturing teams.
  • Ability to lead and influence cross-functional collaboration and decision-making.
  • Excellent communication, project management, and organizational skills.

Education

  • MBA or advanced degree preferred.

Benefits

  • Comprehensive benefits package, including health, dental, and vision insurance
  • Paid time off (PTO) and recognized company holidays
