We are seeking a qualified Accountant/Accounts Technician to join our key workforce. This role includes standard accounting tasks and offers the opportunity to engage in various aspects of our business operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Managing day-to-day account queries.
• Issuing and processing invoices and credit notes.
• Preparing payment runs in line with agreed credit and payment terms.
• Contacting suppliers and sub-consultants.
• Bank administration duties, monitoring available funds, inter-account transfers.
• Payroll preparation.
• VAT/VIES & Intrastat returns.
• Cash flow forecasts.
• Assisting in the preparation of routine financial reports including year-end accounts and monthly statements.

The Person

• Professional level 6 or above in an accounting-related field.
• Experience in a multinational company preferred but not essential.
• Driven and self-motivated.
• Experience in the implementation of a new ERP system would be an advantage.
• Quick start date available for the right candidate, ideally ASAP.
