We are looking for a talented Group FP&A Analyst to join our dynamic team. You will play a pivotal role in overseeing all corporate financial projections, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and understand business issues; propose and implement solutions.
  • Collaborate with the executive team to model financial forecasts aligned with the company's medium and long-term strategic plan.
  • Evaluate and recommend changes to projections and budgets generated by business units.
  • Manage all aspects of financial planning and analysis, including planning, spending, forecasting, and reporting.
  • Work with business units to forecast income and expenses for the coming years.
  • Model long-term growth and identify the business elements influencing it.
  • Ensure business units effectively follow instructions from the CEO, COO, and CFO.
  • Improve processes at business units for creating forecasts and analysing actual performance.
  • Administer the group financial reporting and consolidation system OneStream, including preparing forecast scenarios and maintaining the chart of accounts.

The Person

  • Internationally recognised professional qualification in accounting (CIMA/ACA/ACCA).
  • Relevant experience in financial planning and analysis.
  • Proficiency with OneStream XF or an equivalent financial consolidation tool.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience with business intelligence and reporting software.
  • Ability to multitask and adapt to a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Project leadership experience.
  • Advanced IT skills, including the ability to write macros in Excel and other financial packages.
  • Self-motivated and resilient, able to work in complex and ambiguous situations.
