Drainage Engineer– £15 Per Hour– Bristol/ South West

The Role

Do you have experience unblocking drains and undertaking CCTV surveys? Are you looking for a role that offers variety, competitive pay and a supportive team? If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you.

We are seeking a skilled Drainage Engineer to join our team at Aquarius Waste Management. Working across both domestic and commercial sites in the South West, you’ll be at the forefront of providing exceptional drainage solutions.

The successful candidate will be part of an on-call rota every other week (£30 per call out) The basic work hours are 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday to Friday, with all breaks paid.

Overtime is paid at time and a half Monday to Saturday and double time on Sundays and Bank Holidays.

Candidates must reside within a reasonable commuting distance to BS31 2ED

Key Responsibilities:

  • Investigate and resolve drainage issues efficiently.
  • Carry out CCTV surveys and provide accurate reports.
  • Ensure all work meets safety and regulatory standards.
  • Maintain the van and equipment provided.

The Person

  • Has experience in drain unblocking and CCTV surveys.
  • Is ideally familiar with patch lining (though this is not essential).
  • Holds a full, clean UK driving licence.
  • Will need to have and pass a criminal record background check.
  • Is a team player with a professional attitude.
