Senior Electrician-Team Leader – $100,000 - $125,000 – Los Altos, CA

The Role

Do you have extensive experience in residential electrical systems? Are you skilled in managing complex projects and leading a team to success? If so, this could be the perfect opportunity for you!

Param Electric is seeking a seasoned Senior Electrician-Team Leader to join our growing team. In this role, you will lead a team of electricians on large-scale residential projects (10,000-12,000 sq ft). You will ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and motivate a team of electricians, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
  • Plan, schedule, and oversee all aspects of assigned projects, ensuring timely completion within budget.
  • Maintain a deep understanding of the National Electrical Code (NEC), local building codes, and CA-Title 24 requirements.
  • Possess a strong knowledge of lighting control systems like Homeworks and Vantage.
  • Effectively troubleshoot electrical systems and identify solutions to complex problems.
  • Maintain a meticulous focus on quality and ensure all work adheres to the highest standards.
  • Collaborate effectively with clients, architects, designers, and other project stakeholders.
  • Oversee the safe and efficient use of electrical tools and equipment.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation.

The Person

  • Minimum 10-15 years of residential electrical experience.
  • Mastery of NEC, local codes, and CA-Title24 requirements.
  • Experience with lighting control systems (e.g., Homeworks & Vantage).
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office programs.
  • Disciplined, well-organized, and able to manage co-workers.
  • Ability to travel throughout the Bay Area (Peninsula, San Francisco, East Bay, North Bay).
  • State Certified Journeyman Electrician or C-10 holder.
