The Role

In this exciting role, you will be the first point of contact for visitors to Watershed Foods, ensuring a warm and professional welcome. You will also provide essential administrative support to the HR department, keeping things running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities

Reception Duties:

  • Answer phones and greet visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Manage the reception area, ensuring a clean and tidy environment.
  • Receive and distribute mail and parcels.

HR Support:

  • Assist with tasks such as preparing for interviews and managing employee benefits.
  • Coordinate on-site meals for meetings and events.
  • Maintain the HR information board and social media presence.

Administrative Support:

  • Manage office supplies and equipment.
  • Assist with various HR projects.

The Person

  • Prior role as an administrative assistant or receptionist.
  • You are proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and social media platforms.
    • You are a strong communicator with excellent interpersonal skills.
    • Focused on accuracy and attention to detail.
    • Able to manage and prioritize multiple tasks.
    • Maintains integrity and confidentiality in a business environment.
    • Capable of responding to a fast-paced, changing work setting.
