Graduate Opportunity – Self-Employed Mortgage Adviser

We specialise in helping non-UK residents secure mortgage financing for UK property purchases. With offices in Singapore, Hong Kong, Dubai, and Shanghai, we are a leader in international mortgage brokerage.

This is a commission-only sales role, perfect for those who are entrepreneurial, eager to learn, and keen to take control of their earning potential. First-year earnings can reach SGD 80,000 - SGD 100,000, with top performers exceeding SGD 200,000+ in their second year.

Key Responsibilities:

• Engaging with potential clients to educate them about UK mortgage options
• Building and managing client relationships to guide them through the mortgage process
• Conducting presentations and webinars for investors
• Handling mortgage applications from start to completion
• Collaborating with lenders, solicitors, and other key stakeholders

Who We're Looking For:

• Recent graduates or individuals with 1-3 years of experience in sales, finance, or real estate
• Strong communication skills (both written and verbal)
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented individuals with a strong work ethic
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and work effectively under pressure
• Keen interest in the UK property and mortgage market

Preferred (but not required) Skills & Experience:

• Fluency in Mandarin, Cantonese, or Malay
• Experience studying or working in the UK
• Previous experience in sales, real estate, or financial services is an advantage but not essential
