Sales Customer Account Advisor, Solihull, Competitive Salary Overview Looking for a hands-on role with a leading company in intelligent transport solutions? SRL are at the forefront of traffic management innovation, providing temporary traffic systems like portable signals, message boards, and CCTV. Our mission is to create safer, more efficient roads through sustainable solutions. About the Role We are seeking a dynamic and driven Sales Customer Account Advisor to be based at our Solihull depot to be responsible for supporting the sales department by managing inbound customer enquiries, following up open quotations, and ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the sales process. As Sales Customer Account Manager, you will play a crucial role in supporting SRL’s growth by promoting our traffic management hire solutions to existing and potential clients. Training will be provided on using CRM system and Syrinx. Daily tasks will include chasing quotes that have not been taken up/converted to a firm booking or capture data. Chase quotes produced for new customers, and compile quotes, pricing and literature for customers as required. Contact proactive list (lapsed & reduced volume) and search for more customers to go on the proactive list. Outbound cold call to non-active and dormant customers, to understand current requirements, and reasoning. Set up meetings for the BD team and offer product trials. Contact existing live customer base, go deeper and wider into accounts making them fully aware of products and our services portfolio. Work with marketing to launch product promotions/events. Follow up on enquires following trade events and be the first point of contact for new account leads. Key Accountabilities
