Physical Therapist/ RPT – $50.00 - $70.00 per hour DOE, Schedule & Location – Los Angeles, CA

Key Responsibilities:

• Evaluates and treats patients/residents.
• Communicates with patients’ families, physicians, and other health team members.
• Maintains all necessary documentation of services in the patient’s medical records.
• Treatment planning and implementation.
• Discharge planning.
• Testing patients’ physical abilities.
• Analyzing rehabilitation goals.
• Consulting with the rehab team and other health team members to coordinate the most effective treatment program.

The Person

• A valid Physical Therapist licence in the State of California.
• Strong communication skills to liaise effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams.
