Key Responsibilities:

  • Driving project timelines and ensuring key deadlines are consistently met
  • Coordinating and leading project teams, ensuring alignment across all stakeholders
  • Maintaining a high standard of client satisfaction through excellent communication and relationship management
  • Building strong relationships with internal teams, subcontractors, and external partners
  • Ensuring the successful execution of multiple projects simultaneously.

The Person

  • 7+ years of experience in Project Management within Townhome/Condo construction
  • In-depth knowledge of construction methods, materials, costing, and project scheduling
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities, think strategically, and deliver high-quality projects on time and within budget
  • Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and manage project teams effectively
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on relationship-building
