Regional Manager – South West England

SRL Traffic Systems is the UK and Ireland's leading manufacturer and supplier of mobile intelligent transport systems (ITS). We're a growing company, proud to be the only UK manufacturer offering both sale and hire of traffic light equipment. As we expand our reach, we’re looking for a confident and capable Regional Manager to join our South West team.

The role

Reporting to the Regional Director, you’ll oversee daily operations across multiple SRL sites in South West England. You’ll travel between locations, supporting teams and ensuring we meet internal benchmarks and exceed customer expectations. You can be based in Bristol, Swansea, Exeter or Basingstoke.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day regional operations across your sites
• Ensure health and safety standards are maintained and promoted
• Carry out internal and external site audits with constructive feedback
• Support the development of site Supervisors
• Assist with recruitment and onboarding of new team members
• Maintain strong customer relationships and encourage uptake of SRL hire products
• Work with the Regional Director to explore new business opportunities and future locations

We’re looking for someone who is:

• Experienced in managing teams in traffic management, utilities or a similar field
• A confident communicator with strong leadership skills
• Highly safety-conscious with audit experience
• Able to build positive relationships with internal teams and customers
• Comfortable with travel across the South West
• Holder of a clean UK driving licence
