Electrical Qualified Supervisor (QS) – from £35,000 depending on experience – Twyning, Tewkesbury

Slatter Electrical Limited, a well-established electrical contractor based in Twyning, Tewkesbury, is looking for an Electrical Qualified Supervisor (QS) to join our team. We work across Gloucestershire and the surrounding areas, delivering high-quality electrical installations across various sectors.

This is a full-time role offering a competitive salary with opportunities for overtime. Immediate start available following a successful interview.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and maintain high safety and quality standards across electrical work.
• Provide technical support and guidance to electricians.
• Stay updated on industry regulations and ensure compliance.
• Deliver training support to electricians, trainees, and apprentices.
• Inspect ongoing and completed works to maintain quality control.
• Ensure testing equipment is well-maintained with accurate service records.
• Review and sign off electrical certifications in line with industry requirements.
• Assist with the annual NICEIC inspection as part of the QS team.

The Person

We are looking for an organised, reliable, and technically skilled individual who can take responsibility for maintaining our high standards.

You will need:

• A proactive and problem-solving approach.
• Strong organisational skills and time management.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Good computer literacy for signing off electrical certifications.
• Flexibility to work across different environments.

Required Qualifications:

• 18th Edition
• NVQ Level 3
• AM2 Qualification
• 2391 Inspection & Testing
• Full UK Driving Licence
• DBS Check
• NICEIC accreditation (desired but not essential – training support available)

If you meet most of the criteria but require some additional training, we may be able to support you in obtaining the necessary qualifications.
