As a Project Manager, you will oversee all aspects of commercial construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards. From pre-construction planning to final handover, you will be the key point of contact for clients, subcontractors, and on-site teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage all aspects of commercial construction projects from pre-construction to closeout.  
  • Develop and maintain project budgets, schedules, and quality control measures.
  • Collaborate with clients, architects, engineers, an subcontractors to ensure clear communication and alignment.
  • Lead on-site teams, ensuring compliance with safety protocols and company standards.
  • Proactively identify and resolve issues to keep projects on track.
  • Prepare and present regular project updates to stakeholders.

The Person

  • 5+ years of experience as a Project Manager in commercial construction.  Ideally with federal or higher education projects.
  • Proven track record managing projects in the $5M–$20M range.
  • Strong knowledge of construction processes, contracts, and budgeting.  
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.  
  • Proficiency in construction management software (e.g., Procore, Primavera, or similar).  
  • OSHA certification and a strong commitment to safety.  
  • Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field (preferred).
