The Role

We are looking for a driven and results-oriented Senior Sales Executive - Logistics Customer Sales to play a key role in our business growth.

As a Senior Senior Sales Executive - Logistics Customer Sales, you will focus on identifying new business opportunities while strengthening relationships with existing clients. You will develop and implement sales strategies to drive growth and exceed targets.

If you have a solid understanding of third-party logistics (3PL) and a strong track record in sales, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and target potential clients in need of third-party logistics services.
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve business growth.
  • Generate leads through various channels including utilization of internal systems and software's, prospecting, researching, cold calling, and lead generation.
  • Prepare and present compelling sales proposals to prospective clients.
  • Negotiate contracts, deals and close deals to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for new clients, ensuring a seamless onboarding process.
  • Regularly follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and identify opportunities for upselling.
  • Collaborate with internal teams including operations, customer service, and finance to ensure client needs are met.
  • Utilize CRM software to track sales activities, client interactions, and progress.

The Person

  • Education: BA preferred but not required. Experience and desire will supersede education 
  • Experience: Minimum of 2-3 years of proven sales experience in the logistics or supply chain industry.
  • Skills:
    • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
    • Excellent communication, negotiation, and sales/ closing skills.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
    • Proficient in CRM software and ability to learn sales prospecting tools (All tools will be provided in order to set you up for success) 
      A current book of business and track record of building one.
