Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operations, ensuring everything runs smoothly.
• Lead and inspire staff to deliver exceptional customer service.
• Manage budgets, schedules, and ensure the facility is well-maintained.
• Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase membership and retention.
• Ensure adherence to health and safety guidelines.
• Handle member concerns and feedback with professionalism.

The Person

• Proven experience in gym management or similar roles.
• Strong leadership and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Passion for fitness and a customer-first mindset.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-energy environment.
• Group Exercise and Group Training skills.
• Experience in the Fitness Industry and Personal
  Training.
• Knowledge of Exercise Physiology.
• Ability to multitask and problem-solve effectively.
• Certification in Fitness Management or related field.
